Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Bohomoon packaging, ensuring that all jewelry and clothing tags are fully intact.
Ship the Items
Affix the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the value of your £10 sale items will be emailed to you within 5 business days.
